Alustaks sellest, et pole ise ühegi kiriku liige.
Aga sellele vaatamata tajun, et kirik võiks praeguse asjade seisu juures palju nähtavam/kuuldavam olla. Just avalikus meedias.
Sest just praegu võiks aktiivsemalt tuua avalikku keskustellu inimlikud väärtused, mis kiriku ja meie rahva seisukohast olulised.
Mina (mitte kiriku liikmena) näen, et kirik rõhutaks/propageeriks traditsioonil ja püsiväärtustel põhinevaid seisukohti ja aitaks
ühiskonnal "saada uuesti otsa peale".
Majanduse kiire tõusu ajal tundus kirik vähetähtis olevat, aga praegu on hea aeg meelde tuletada, et maailm ei alga ega lõpe pankadega või rahaga.
Ja eriti, kui ühiskonnas arutletakse nagunii, kuidas ja millistele väärtustele põhinedes edasi.
